Times Have Changed
And so have we.
2020 has been a wild year and we, at the restaurant, had started out so optimistically.
We took a new direction with our leadership and were set to launch
a whole new culinary program - A NEW Nautical Cowboy.
Then COVID hit. We closed and waited, just like much of the world.
Now that we are open once again, we are excited to finally be able to introduce you to our new culinary stylings, under the leadership of Executive Chef Thomas Drahos.
Thomas has an esteemed culinary background. But more than that, he is a good person. He takes care of his family, of his farm, of his team at the restaurant. Each dish is crafted with care, precision, and time.
Nothing is simple.
And yet, everything is.
